I purchased this house about 5 years ago with the intent of rehabbing it while living in it. I began the tearout portion of the rehab, replaced the gutters, arranged for new windows, and painted the house. It was just then that I was mobilized with the Wisconsin Army National Guard and shipped off to Iraq, where I proudly served with the 1/126 FA for a year just outside of Baghdad.
Upon return, I decided to start a business performing computer services, and found that with business ownership came little time and little money. So the project sat with little spurts of momentum, but very little progress. Earlier this year, I moved in with my lovely girfiriend who lives north of Milwaukee, and found that now, with little money or time, and a 40 minute trip to get to the house, that I was not going to get anywhere on the house anytime soon. That lovely girlfriend and I are now engaged to be married, and that pretty much seals the deal.
I really don't like paying a mortgage on a house that I don't live in and I am not working on, and as such, would really like to sell it. I am happy to help finance the house in any way I can, so if you have interest but are unsure if you have means, please don't hesitate to contact me.
This is a great opportunity for a handy individual or an investor to quickly build some equity.
